Faucet is leaking?

Going for the drips. Easier than toilet water.

Our cat Calvin used to do that all of the time. He liked to drink out of th e faucet, and he like to nap in there. He was a goofball.

It’s kind of like a big box. Also you have a beautiful cat.

He was licking up the moisture from when my daughters took a bath. Hammer is also a big goofball.

It was tempting, but then I'd have to clean up the mess.

No, but it was moist from the girls' bath . He was staring at the faucet, hoping it would drip. He has tipped me off when it wasn’t quite shut off a couple times in the past.

Also cats: I will sit in a tub and stare at this dripping water for hours

This picture reminds me of my long-ago stray cat Ira, 40 years ago. I first saw him hanging out under my carport when it was raining, and he looked kind of skinny and ragged, so I started buying cat food for him and putting it out in the carport along with a bowl of water. I’m allergic to cat fur, so in order not to be sneezing all day long, I didn’t want him in my trailer, but occasionally I’d let him in when the weather was especially lousy.
One night when it was Florida monsoon rain with lots of thunder and lightning I let him in, and then the next morning I forgot to shoo him out when I went to work. So I come home from a long day at work, and as I opened the door Ira came darting out. I step in and my place smells like cat shit. “Oh jeez, I wonder where he did that,” I said as I looked around for the mess. Did he do it on my bed or on the couch? No. Anywhere on the carpet? Nope, I see nothing. I go in that bathroom, and there it was, in the bath tub! I opened all the windows, put a box fan in the bathroom
window
, rinsed out the tub, and within an hour my trailer was clean and tolerably stink-free.
Now if you were a cat and you were trapped inside somebody’s house, but rather than being pissed off at the fool who locked you in, you were especially concerned with that fool’s happiness, there’s no place in the whole house that is easier to clean up and leaves less damage than the bath tub! Pretty smart for a cat! Thanks, Ira, I was even gladder to feed and occasionally shelter you after that.

That’s a great story! :)
When Hammer was a kitten, he got locked into our office for an entire day . When we found him after work, he hadn’t peed at all, and there were three turds in a perfect line on a towel that was on the floor. I simply flushed the turds, threw the towel in the washing machine, and gave him a treat for being such a good kitty.
